Lernovatic Tutoring: Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

● “Lernovatic” refers to Lernovatic Tutoring Centre, located in Knights Park, Royal
Tunbridge Wells. Lernovatic or Lernovatic Tutoring is a business name used by
Lernovatic Pvt Ltd. Registered in England and Wales with company registration number
14149871
● “Student” refers to the individual enrolled in a program at Lernovatic.
● “Parent/Guardian” refers to the parent or legal guardian of the Student.
● “Program” refers to any tutoring programs, 11+ Preparation, Mathematics, Math Club,
English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology courses offered by Lernovatic.
● “Fees” refers to the charges for the Program as outlined in the Fee Schedule

2. Enrolment

● By enrolling a Student in a Program, the Parent/Guardian agrees to these Terms and
Conditions.
● Enrolment is subject to availability and Lernovatic’s discretion.
● Lernovatic reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any Student.

3. Fees and Payment

● Fees are payable in advance as per the Fee Schedule.
● Payment methods accepted are bank transfer or online payment
● Late payments may incur a late payment fee.
● Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of the Student’s enrolment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

● By Lernovatic:
○ Lernovatic reserves the right to cancel a Program due to unforeseen
circumstances, such as tutor illness, insufficient enrolment, or events beyond our
control. In such cases, a full refund for any unused sessions will be provided.
○ Lernovatic may also cancel a Student’s enrolment due to persistent non-payment
of fees or serious breaches of the Student Code of Conduct.
● By Parent/Guardian:
○ No refunds will be given for missed sessions or withdrawal from a Program,
except in cases of long-term sickness exceeding 4 weeks with a doctor’s letter
provided.
○ Missed sessions due to student absence can be covered in homework/Maths
Club sessions where appropriate, at the discretion of Lernovatic.

5. Attendance and Punctuality

● Regular attendance and punctuality are expected to maximize the benefits of the
Program.
● Persistent lateness or absence may affect the Student’s progress and may result in the
termination of enrolment.

6. Student Conduct

● Students are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors, staff, and other students.
● Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, up to and including
suspension or termination of enrolment.
● A detailed Student Code of Conduct will be provided upon enrolment.

7. Liability

● Lernovatic is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the
premises.
● Lernovatic is not liable for any injury or illness sustained by a Student on the premises,
except where such injury or illness is caused by the negligence of Lernovatic or its staff.
● Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safe arrival and departure
from the centre.

8. Intellectual Property

● All learning materials and resources provided by Lernovatic remain the intellectual
property of Lernovatic.
● Students are not permitted to reproduce or distribute these materials without permission

9. Data Protection

● Lernovatic complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the handling
and storage of personal data.
● Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and protect
student and parent information.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

● Lernovatic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
● Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in writing or via email.

11. Governing Law

● These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
