Lernovatic Tutoring is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Tutor to join our growing team in Kent. In this role, you will provide support to our experienced tutors in delivering engaging and effective 11+ tuition to students in small group settings.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting lead tutors in delivering 11+ lessons, including English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
* Providing individualised support and guidance to students during lessons.
* Creating and marking practice exercises and homework assignments.
* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to lead tutors and parents.
* Contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
* 11+ Experience: Demonstrable experience with the Kent 11+ exam, either through working with your own children or previous 11+ teaching experience.
* Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport with students and effectively explain complex concepts.
* Strong organisational and time management skills: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
